2024 Values and Guiding Principles Award

The Kentucky Public Procurement Association is currently seeking nominations for The Values & Guiding Principles (VGP) Award, an award given to an individual that throughout their career, has exemplified the attributes and core values of the public procurement profession.

The recipient of this award must be a current member of KPPA and must demonstrate the following criteria through their body of work as a public procurement professional:

• Accountability – Taking ownership and being responsible to stakeholders for our actions
• Ethics – Acting in a manner true to these values
• Impartiality – Unbiased decision-making and action
• Professionalism – Upholding high standards of job performance and ethical behavior
• Service – Obligation to assist stakeholders
• Transparency – Easily accessible and understandable policies and processes

To nominate please complete the "2024 VGP Award Nomination Form" and send via e-mail to the Awards & Scholarship Committee at scholarship@kppanigp.org.

Nominations will be accepted until 5:00 PM, ET, February 15, 2024
